Very struck by these verses that came up at church in Nairobi and at the EMA in London…

For God is my witness, how I yearn for you all with the affection of Christ Jesus (Phil. 1:8)

Therefore, my brothers, whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm thus in the Lord, my beloved (Phil. 4:1)

I wrote to you out of much affliction and anguish of heart and with many tears, not to cause you pain but to let you know the abundant love that I have for you (2 Cor. 2:4)

You yourselves are… written on our hearts (2 Cor. 3:2)
